Become A Program Participant

    Becoming a Program Participant is easy - just fill out the form below and I will add you to my collection route!  All I ask is that you can meet the requirements below:

    1.  For now, you must live in the area bounded by 67th Avenue to 75th Avenue and Beardsley Road to Deer Valley Road.  I hope to expand this area in the future.

    2.  If you live outside of the area, fill out the form anyway and write me a note in the comment box containing information on how you think you can contribute to my project.  I could possibly schedule you for a monthly collection or we could work out some other method.  Let's not give up on this just because you don't live near me!

    3.  On every Tuesday evening, place your cans in front of your garage door by 7 PM and I will come by to pick them up.

    Participating is easy and is also good for the environment!
